| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Nat J. Azznara for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Azznara was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on September 11, 1991. By opinion and order of this Court dated May 18, 2010, Azznara was disbarred from the practice of law based upon his conviction of a felony, effective January 14, 2010 (see Matter of Azznara, 75 AD3d 75).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance, and the matter is referred to a Committee on Character and Fitness to investigate and report on Nat John Azznara's character and fitness to practice law.
