| DECISION & ORDER ON FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Nancy E. O'Brien, inter alia, for leave to renew and reargue her motion for reinstatement, which was denied by decision and order on motion for reinstatement of this Court dated November 15, 2024. O'Brien was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on June 30, 1998. By opinion and order of this Court dated September 11, 2007, O'Brien was disbarred, effective immediately, based on her conviction of a felony, and her name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law (see Matter of O'Brien, 45 AD3d 151).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
