DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
FOR REINSTATEMENT

Motion by Yehuda David Taller for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Taller was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on June 25, 1997. By opinion and order of this Court dated June 21, 2017, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2016-00970, Taller was suspended from the practice of law for a period of one year, commencing July 21, 2017 (see Matter of Taller, 152 AD3d 84). By opinion and order of this Court dated August 30, 2023, in a separate disciplinary proceeding under Appellate Division Docket No. 2020-08653, Taller was suspended from the practice of law for a period of three years, nunc pro tunc to November 29, 2021, inter alia, for violating the 2017 suspension order (see Matter of Taller, 219 AD3d 13).

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.

We find that Yehuda David Taller does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
