Motions by appellant to consolidate an appeal under docket number 2024-385 Q C, from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated April 24, 2024 and an appeal under docket number 2024-984 Q C, from an order of that court dated August 26, 2024, and for leave to renew or reargue this court's September 24, 2024 refusal to sign an order to show cause seeking a temporary stay.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
