The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Hugo Aparicio, Appellant.

Appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, First District, rendered April 19, 2024.

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that appellant show cause before this court why the appeal should not be stricken from the court's appeal calendar on the ground that the appeal has not been properly perfected in that transcripts from numerous adjourned dates have not been made part of the record on appeal, by filling an affidavit on the issue with the Clerk of this court on or before July 11, 2025; and it is further,

ORDERED that the clerk of this court, or his designee, is directed to serve a copy of this order to show cause on the parties by regular mail.
