Application by Anthony J. Curti, Esq. on behalf of the respondent to waive costs, fees and expenses and the assignment of counsel pursuant to Criminal Procedure Law § 380.55 (2) on an appeal from an order of the City Court of Newburgh, Orange County, dated April 16, 2025.

ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
