DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Ovidio Matos from two orders of the Family Court, Rockland County, both dated November 6, 2024. Motion by assigned counsel for the respondent Emily Matos to be relieved of the assignment and for the assignment of new counsel to respond to the appeals. By order on certification of this Court dated January 22, 2025, the following attorney was assigned to Emily Matos to respond to the appeals:

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and said assigned counsel is directed to turn over all papers in the action to new counsel herein assigned to Emily Matos; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to Emily Matos to respond to the appeals:

and it is further,

ORDERED that assigned counsel is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the clerk of the court from which the appeals are taken.
