DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Ryan Abbott from two orders of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated December 17, 2024, and March 6, 2025, respectively. Motion by assigned counsel for the appellant to be relieved of the assignment and for the assignment of new counsel to prosecute the appeals. By order on certification of this Court dated April 7, 2025, the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeals:

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
