Appeal by Stanislav Z. from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated July 1, 2024. By scheduling order of this Court dated February 19, 2025, the appellant was directed to perfect the appeal on or before April 21, 2025. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs of disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
