| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 9, 2025. Motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to this Court from the order and to stay enforcement of stated portions of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal from the order is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of stated portions of the order is granted and enforcement of so much of the order as directs Stephen D. M. to remain in New York during Sujeyri O.'s weekly access period, and that Sujeyri O. reside in Brooklyn, New York, or at the maternal grandmother's home in Elizabeth, New Jersey, and allows Stephen M. M. to enroll Stephen D. M. in school in New York for the 2025/2026 academic year are stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
