DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered June 6, 2019. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to hold the appeal in abeyance pending determination of a motion before the Supreme Court, Kings County, or, in the alterative, to extend the time to perfect the appeal. Separate motion by the appellant, inter alia, to compel the production of certain material. Separate motion by the appellant, inter alia, to issue a judicial subpoena to obtain certain material.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is in effect, to extend the time to perfect the appeal, is granted, and on or before July 17, 2025, the appellant shall and file the appellant's brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; if the appellant is unable to access the digital portal on this Court's website, the appellant may file one copy of the brief by regular mail; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied.
