DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals and cross-appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated December 12, 2023. Motion by United Restoration & Development Corp., to extend the time to perfect its appeal and, in effect, to enlarge the joint record on appeal. Motion by Jose Melendez-Arenas to extend the time to serve and file an answering brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion by United Restoration & Development Corp., which is to extend the time to perfect its appeal is granted, and on or before July 21, 2025, United Restoration & Development Corp., shall serve and file its brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve its brief and upload digital copies of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further

ORDERED that the branch of the motion by United Restoration & Development Corp. which is, in effect, to enlarge the joint record on appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion by Jose Melendez-Arenas to extend the time to serve and file an answering brief is denied as premature.
