Appeal and cross-appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 11, 2024. Motion by the respondents-appellants, in effect, to vacate the stay that arose upon the death of the respondent-appellant James Belling and to compel the appellant-respondent to perfect its appeal.
