Appellant having moved for a waiver of costs, fees and expenses on the appeals taken herein from the orders of the Supreme Court, Erie County, entered July 29, 2024 and July 31, 2024,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks a waiver of costs, fees, and expenses is denied without prejudice and leave to renew with a new motion that includes appellant's income tax returns for 2023, 2024, and all financial disclosure documents filed by appellant in Supreme Court, including but not limited to a "Statement of Net Worth" and any supporting documents filed on February 29, 2024 (Doc. #295 under Supreme Court Docket No. 800049/22).
