Respondent-appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered September 19, 2024, and March 17, 2025,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals taken under Appellate Division Docket Nos. CAF 24-01567 and CAF 25-01570 is granted, and the appeals are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied without prejudice to a request that the appeal taken under Appellate Division Docket No. CAF 25-00668 be scheduled by the Court to be heard together with the consolidated appeals on the same day (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9 [f] [4]).
