Appeals by Stanislav Zvenigorodskiy from six orders of the Family Court, Queens County, three dated January 8, 2025, and three dated January 9, 2025, respectively. Motion by the appellant pro se for waiver of costs, fees, and expenses and for the assignment of counsel.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from orders entered upon the default of the appealing party (see CPLR 5511); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by the appellant is denied as academic.
