Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 5, 2024. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, and to stay all proceedings in a proceeding entitled Hyacinth Green Irrevocable Living Trust v Green, pending before the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, under Index No. LT-321316-24/KI, pending hearing and determination of the appeal. Separate motion by the appellant, inter alia, to enlarge the record to include certain material.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
