Appeal from a purported order of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated November 25, 2024. By order to show cause dated April 28, 2025, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no order of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated November 25, 2024, was issued in the above-entitled proceedings.
Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
