| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Tshai Budhi Henry for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Henry was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 14, 1998, under the name Tshai Erica Budhi. By decision and order dated January 23, 2020, Henry's application for voluntary resignation was accepted and her name was removed from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, without prejudice to an application for reinstatement.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that on or before September 2, 2025, Tshai Budhi Henry, admitted as Tshai Erica Budhi, file with the Clerk of the Court proof of (1) payment for the current attorney registration period, and (2) her completion of 8 credit hours of continuing legal education accredited in accordance with 22 NYCRR Part 1500 (see 22 NYCRR 691.11[c]); and it is further,
ORDERED that upon filing proof as directed above, the Clerk of the Court shall restore the name of Tshai Erica Budhi to the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, and Tshai Erica Budhi shall be reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law.
