Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated October 16, 2024. Pursuant to a scheduling order of this Court dated April 18, 2025, the appellant was required to perfect the appeal by May 12, 2025. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs of disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
