| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated May 2, 2025. Motion by the appellant, in effect, to stay enforcement of so much of the order under Appellate Division Docket No. 2025-07321, as permits the respondent's release from confinement, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of so much of the order under Appellate Division Docket No. 2025-07321, as permits the respondent's release from confinement, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals, on condition that the appeals are perfected on or before August 6, 2025; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before August 6, 2025, the Court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, without further notice, or the respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days notice.
