Motion by appellant for a stay of eviction pending the determination of an appeal from a final judgment of the Justice Court of the Town of Riverhead, Suffolk County, entered May 9, 2024, and, in effect, for summary reversal and related relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion for a stay of eviction is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the remaining branches of the motion are denied.
