Appeal and cross-appeal from a decision of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated April 2, 2025. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay stated portions of the decision pending hearing and determination of the appeal and cross-appeal.

ORDERED that the appeal and cross-appeal are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from a decision (see Schicchi v J.A. Green Constr. Co., 100 AD2d 509); and it is further,
