Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered December 21, 2023, October 16, 2024, and February 19, 2025, and respondents-appellants having moved to vacate the dismissal of the appeal taken from the order entered December 21, 2023 (CAF 24-00121) and to consolidate the appeals,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to vacate the dismissal of the appeal taken from the order of Family Court entered December 21, 2023, is granted on the condition that the appeal is perfected on or before October 6, 2025, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals is granted and the appeals are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
