Respondent-petitioner-appellant having applied for a waiver of costs, fees and expenses and for assignment of counsel on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered May 22, 2025,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that Sarah Holt, Esq., Monroe County Conflict Defender, 16 East Main Street, Suite 600, Rochester, New York 14614, is hereby assigned as counsel to conduct the appeal, and
It is further ORDERED that the Monroe County Family Court Clerk provide Sarah Holt, Esq., with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and
It is further ORDERED that the record and briefs are to be filed and served within 60 days of the filing of the transcripts with the Monroe County Family Court Clerk.
