DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from an amended order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated February 27, 2023, and a judgment of the same court dated March 28, 2023. Motion by the appellant, in effect, for leave to serve and file a supplemental record under seal containing certain material.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that on or before August 11, 2025, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing Non-Party Exhibit A and Non-Party Exhibit B, via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the supplemental record and upload a digital copy of the supplemental record, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and the supplement record shall be marked confidential and subject to the restrictions set forth in the order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 6, 2024, and may not be viewed by the public but may be viewed by counsel appearing on behalf of the parties to the appeal, and the motion is otherwise denied.
