Appeals from two orders of the Surrogate's Court, Richmond County, dated November 18, 2021, and March 18, 2025, respectively. The appeal from the order dated November 18, 2021, was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the nonparty-appellant, inter alia, in effect, to stay enforcement of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and for waiver of costs, fees, and expenses.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the order dated November 18, 2021, is denied as academic; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
