Motion by Raheem Bert pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to take an appeal from a purported judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, rendered September 18, 2024, upon a plea of guilty, for waiver of cots, fees, and expenses, and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to renew upon proper papers including proof of this defendant's judgment of conviction.
