Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated April 2, 2024. Motion by New York Civil Liberties Union Foundation, American Civil Liberties Union Foundation, and Four Medical and Public Health Experts on Substance Use Disorder, for leave to file an amici curiae brief. Application by Aditi Fruitwala, an attorney in good standing in the District of Columbia, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent proposed amici curiae New York Civil Liberties Union Foundation, American Civil Liberties Union Foundation, and Four Medical and Public Health Experts on Substance Use Disorder.
