Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated April 2, 2024. Motion by New York Civil Liberties Union Foundation, American Civil Liberties Union Foundation, and Four Medical and Public Health Experts on Substance Use Disorder, for leave to file an amici curiae brief.
