On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 7, 2024, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated October 11, 2022, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the words "Judiciary Law § 35" and substituting therefor the words "Family Court Act § 1120."
