DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 in the nature of mandamus to compel the respondent, Janice A. Taylor, a Justice of the Supreme Court, Queens County, to determine an application for legal fees filed by the petitioner in a proceeding entitled Matter of Lewis v Bauman, commenced in that court under Index No. 5859/19, which was determined by decision, order and judgment of this Court dated August 25, 2021. Motion by the petitioner, inter alia, for leave to reargue the proceeding, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision, order and judgment of this Court.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
