Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered August 9, 2011, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated November 26, 2014. Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his prior application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, the decision and order of this Court dated November 26, 2014, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated February 13, 2025.
