| ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Motion by Andrew Hirschhorn for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Hirschhorn was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 30, 1991. By opinion and order of this Court dated February 13, 2020, Hirschhorn was suspended from the practice of law for a period of two years, commencing March 16, 2020 (see Matter of Hirschhorn, 181 AD3d 94). By decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 15, 2022, Hirschhorn's motion for reinstatement was held in abeyance and the matter was referred to a Committee on Character and Fitness to investigate and report on Hirschhorn's character and fitness to practice law. Application by Hirschhorn to withdraw his motion for reinstatement.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 15, 2022, is recalled and vacated, and the motion for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law is deemed withdrawn.
