Appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 2, 2025, and June 17, 2025, respectively. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals is denied as unnecessary (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
