Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated August 14, 2024. Motion by the appellant Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New York to seal the joint appendix and to withdraw its appeal. Application by the appellant Church of Immaculate Heart of Mary a/k/a The Pariah of the Immaculate Heart of Mary School to withdraw its appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to seal the joint appendix is granted to the extent that the joint appendix shall be marked confidential and may not be viewed by the public, but may be viewed by the parties to the appeal, counsel appearing on their behalf, or representatives of counsel, authorized in writing to view the confidential material; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to withdraw the appeal by the appellant Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New York, and the application, are granted, and the appeals are deemed withdrawn.
