Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 8, 2024. Motion by the respondent Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New York to extend the time to serve and file a brief. Motion by the respondent Church of Saint John and Saint Mary to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
