Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 5, 2020. By order to show cause dated April 18, 2025, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed for failure to substitute a personal representative of the estate of Shannon Estavillo, for the deceased appellant, Shannon Estavillo (see CPLR 1021).
Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
