| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Sam Afra for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Afra was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on May 3, 2006. By opinion and order of this Court dated August 30, 2023, Afra was suspended from the practice of law for a period of six months commencing September 29, 2023 (see Matter of Afra, 219 AD3d 22).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew in six months.
