| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent for leave to file an affidavit of compliance pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1240.15(f) nunc pro tunc. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on September 14, 2011, under the name Lydia Hills. By opinion and order of this Court dated July 8, 2020, the respondent was suspended from the practice of law for a period of four years, effective immediately (see Matter of Agu, 184 AD3d 305).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the affidavit of compliance of the respondent is accepted for filing and is deemed to be filed on January 31, 2025, and the motion is otherwise denied.
