In the Matter of Anthony A. Caronna, admitted as Anthony Albert Caronna, a suspended attorney. (Attorney Registration No. 2550838)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Anthony A. Caronna for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Caronna was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on May 19, 1993, under the name of Anthony Albert Caronna. By opinion and order of this Court dated September 14, 2022, Caronna was suspended from the practice of law for a period of two years, commencing October 14, 2022 (see Matter of Caronna, 209 AD3d 111).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that Anthony A. Caronna, admitted as Anthony Albert Caronna, does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
LASALLE, P.J., DILLON, DUFFY, BARROS and IANNACCI, JJ., concur.
