On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the scheduling order of this Court dated April 11, 2025 and the order on certification dated April 25, 2025, are amended by deleting the caption thereof, and substituting therefor the following caption: "In the Matter of Tiffany N. Jackson, respondent v Reginald L. Wallace, appellant. (Proceeding No. 1); In the Matter of Reginald L. Wallace, appellant, v Tiffany N. Jackson, respondent. (Proceeding No. 2)," deleting the year "2024" from the Family Court Docket Nos. thereof and substituting therefore the year "2022," and deleting the first sentence thereof, and substituting therefor the following sentence: "Appeals by Reginald L. Wallace from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, both dated January 16, 2025."
