| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Michael Sapio for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Sapio was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on July 28, 1999. By opinion and order of this Court dated April 6, 2016, Sapio was suspended from the practice of law for a period of one year, commencing May 6, 2016 (see Matter of Sapio, 138 AD3d 127).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that Michael Sapio does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
