Appeal, by permission, from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated November 15, 2024. Motion by the appellant pro se for waiver of costs, fees, and expenses and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew upon proper papers, including the appellant's affidavit setting forth (1) any and all sources of income before conviction, including any financial support from the appellant's wife, (2) the frequency and amount of present support from the appellant's wife, and (3) the source of money used to pay the appellant's bail.
