Appellant having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a reply to the respondent's opposition on the pending motion requesting the Court to reconsider its order, entered December 20, 2024, which denied defendant's motion for a writ of error coram nobis vacating the order of the Court, entered February 1, 2002, affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Monroe County, rendered October 17, 2000,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the time is extended to August 13, 2025.
