Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court, Erie County, entered November 12, 2024 and April 15, 2025,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals is dismissed as unnecessary (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9 [f][3]), and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeal under docket number CA 24-01890 is extended until August 14, 2025, and in the event of failure to so perfect, this appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
