Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken herein from the judgments of the Erie County Court, rendered February 9, 2024, and February 13, 2024, and for an extension of time to perfect the appeals,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion with respect to consolidation is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion with respect to the extensions of time to perfect the appeals is granted, the time to perfect each appeal is extended to October 14, 2025, and in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
