Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew upon the submission of a new motion that includes an affidavit setting forth in detail the efforts that counsel has made to locate and communicate with respondent-appellant since receiving the orders of assignment, and
It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeals is extended to August 15, 2025, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
