Appeals having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered January 17, 2025, and appellants having moved for an extension of the stay granted by order of the Hon. Stephen K. Lindley dated February 10, 2025, and extended by order of this Court entered April 7, 2025, and for an extension of time to perfect,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motions insofar as they seek an extension of the stay are granted on the condition that the appeals by respondent-appellant Evette Buntley and the Attorney for the Child are perfected on or before July 23, 2025, and
It is further ORDERED that if so perfected the appeals shall be added to the calendar for the term of this Court commencing October 15, 2025, and
It is further ORDERED that the motions insofar as they seek an extension of time to perfect are denied as unnecessary (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10 [a]).
