Appellant having moved to withdraw the appellant's brief for the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Monroe County, rendered May 13, 2019, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it requests to withdraw the appellant's brief is granted, and both the appellant's brief and the respondent's brief are deemed withdrawn, and
It is further ORDERED that appellant shall file and serve the appellant's brief in accordance with this Court's rules on or before July 23, 2025, and
It is further ORDERED that respondent shall file their responding brief in accordance with this Court's rules on or before August 22, 2025, and
It is further ordered that in all other respects, the motion is denied.
