Respondent having moved for an order holding the judge and attorneys for the Estate in contempt and disqualifying them from future proceedings, for assignment of counsel, and for other relief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Monroe County Surrogate's Court, entered November 8, 2024,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an order of contempt and disqualification is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it requests assignment of counsel is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it requests other relief is denied.
